We only offer US/Domestic shipping at this time. 

Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate. Please contact us for special requests. 

If in stock, your order will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days. Some items such as custom or back-ordered SKUs may take longer to ship.

We will notify you when your order has shipped and you will receive a tracking number. USPS packages are scanned at the sorting facility, not at time of pick-up. Please allow some time for tracking updates.

Delivery time-frames are estimates only. Standard shipping does not require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

If an order fails to be delivered and is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you for further instructions. You may incur additional shipping costs.

Should your delivery be incorrect or an item be missing from your order, please notify us within two business days of receiving your package at admin@baudroy.com (please include your order number) so that we may take appropriate corrective action. 

In some cases, we will be notified by USPS that your order has been delivered but you have not received it. There are many reasons outside of our control for this to happen. 

Unless you have selected enhanced, insured shipping, we cannot be held responsible for this type of delivery failure.
