ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Given their nature, custom orders may not be cancelled or returned once we have confirmed your order is being processed.

REFUND POLICY

We sincerely hope our products meet your expectations but sometimes, they simply won’t. Except specified otherwise, you may return the product within fifteen days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked. If you want to return a product, email us at admin@baudroy.com and ship the product back using the return label included in your original shipment ONLY. We will not refund any additional shipping expenses. Refunds will be processed within thirty days of receiving the product back. 

The returned product must be in its original packaging, including all parts and instructions. The item should not have been used in any way. If the product shows any signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

Custom orders are not covered by this policy and may not be returned.

Once your return is received we will let you know by email that the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days of receiving the order.

If a refund has been issued and the original payment method is no longer valid, we recommend contacting your bank to explore alternative options.

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

Products that are defective, missing parts, or damaged during shipping are covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the shipping date. For this warranty to be effective, you must submit your warranty request within the product warranty period by sending an email to admin@baudroy.com. This email must include your order number, the serial number of the product, and a description of the issue. If possible, please include a picture of the item.

The natural leather used in our products will change color over the many years you use it. Even natural oils on your hands will cause it to develop its own unique patina and character. Unless otherwise indicated, our leather is not water-proof.

This warranty excludes any damages or defects, perceived or otherwise resulting from:

  • Colors change.
  • Stains and scratches from normal wear.
  • Exposure to water, including stains and swelling.
  • Exposure to hazardous liquids.
  • Exposure to extreme heat or cold.
  • Acts of God.
  • Acts of vandalism.
  • Unnatural defects such as breakage, disassembly or unnatural ripping.
  • any damage incurred outside of normal, typical use.
  • Incorrectly installed items.

This warranty does not cover damages to personal items placed in our product (such as credit cards, personal IDs, currency), or any other damage or injury incurred as a result of the operation of the product (see usage instructions and product warning).

Once we receive the product from you, we may repair, replace or exchange your product, or issue a partial refund, at our sole discretion. 

If a replacement or exchange unit is issued, this warranty will be transferred to the new unit and will not cover the original item. However, the warranty period will commence from the date of delivery of the initial order. 

Any exchange or replacement unit shipped after the initial order will not be eligible for the return policy.

Any costs associated with returning the product to us past the initial fifteen day period will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
